Developing children have different flexibility, structural mechanics, and strength compared to adults. That's why it's important to select exercises and training styles that are safe and effective, and most importantly enjoyable and exciting for children. We offer a wide range of youth-focused fitness services and training styles for children to participate in, regardless of prior fitness knowledge - everything from sports-specific training, cardio conditioning, beginner/moderate/advanced fitness classes, youth yoga, special bootcamps, weekly challenge classes, and we are always developing new programs to keep kids engaged and excited!

Building a habit of being active at a young age makes it much easier to maintain a high fitness level and a healthy lifestyle as you age. That's why we work hard to make sure our classes are fun and not intimidating, no matter what the child's fitness level may be, so that they can fall in love with the lifestyle. Our fitness programs are open-level, suitable for children K-12 of any fitness level and physical condition, with many options for modifications to prevent injuries.
