Our signature group fitness workout class - 1 hour compact class that pack in cardio, strength training circuits and stations, and stretching, through games and activities that make the hour fly by while getting lots of exercise in and having FUN! *SIGNUP AVAILABLE FOR WOODBURY COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION MEMBERS ONLY* **ATTENTION: For multiple children registration, register each child separately. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a class, please cancel or contact us at least 24 hours before class start time. Failure to cancel will be treated as no-show. For community & after-school programs, please kindly cancel within 48 hours of registering so that the space can go to the next family on the waitlist.
