A combination of our group fitness & yoga class, this class is a compact way of getting the best of both classes - the sweat & strength factors from fitness conditioning, and the stretch and release from yoga.
The kids start off the class with essential cardiovascular training and activities, and move on to a mix of yoga and traditional strengthening moves to build strength and stability, then finally finish with yoga flow routines that release stress and gain balance and flexibility. Through addressing physical release ( all that pent up energy! ) and mental release through breathing and meditation techniques, kids stay fit and learn to deal with daily stress and frustration.
