We host a variety of youth fitness & sports training classes in Orange County, CA for all ages and readiness levels, incorporating many different styles of workout programs, traditional and non-traditional sports, designed to get the kids moving, learning, and sweating! My 2 kids ( 12 yld boy and 11 yld girl) just finished a week of the fit camp. They loved it! My son is very picky about camps and would rather game all day so the drive to day #1 was tough. But at pickup both kids had smiles and were very happy! They loved yoga and spoke highly of the coaches!
