Private training that is custom to your child's specific goals and needs. Whether your goal is general fitness, bodyweight management, sports physical conditioning, our certified trainer can create a program that helps your child achieve their goals in the most efficient & effective way.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a class, please cancel or contact us at least 24 hours before class start time. Failure to cancel will be treated as no-show. For community & after-school programs, please kindly cancel within 48 hours of registering so that the space can go to the next family on the waitlist.
