FAQs

What happens if I find out my child / someone we've been in contact with is sick with COVID?

We kindly ask that you stay home and notify us immediately so we can determine the best way to protect our athletes and staff members. Any unused fees will be credited to your account, and camp may be cancelled to allow for deep cleaning of equipment.

I'm interested but there are no classes near me/ times that work with my schedule...

IDue to the COVID situation and irregular school schedules, we are currently offering limited sessions for after-school and weekend  classes. Many of our clients opt for private small group training for fitness, yoga, or sports instead to get training at location and times convenient to their schedule. However, feel free to submit a request, and we will evaluate the possibility of starting a class near you!

How do I register for class or bootcamp?

You can now register for class & bootcamps as well as request private lessons 100% online! Simply click any of the "Book Now" or "Register" buttons, and you'll be able to select the service you want and pay securely online. You can also download the Wix app and book on your phone on the go!

If you are a new customer, we will send over some forms for you to complete before your first class to learn more about your child's medical history and fitness goals.

My child has injuries/ allergies/ medical conditions, would these classes/ camps be suited for them?

Our head coach Adam is a trained EMT and special education teacher, as well as certified personal trainer, and would be able to accommodate most medical conditions and provide modifications during class. Please make sure you provide details of these conditions we should be aware of so we can plan adjustments ahead of time. We would also be happy to discuss with your doctor before you register.

Are you still having classes during the school year?

Yes we are! Even the most active children need access to more exercise now more than ever. We are offering limited group classes with limited capacity and safety measures in accordance with state guidelines, as well as offering after-school private small group training & pod physical education. With the ever-changing school schedules this year, we are always trying to find the best times for kids to join us. Check out our schedule for the most up to date class schedule.

How are you keeping everyone safe during classes/ camps?

Our camps and classes are outdoors with small groups in large public parks, so they have lower risks of disease transmission. We have made modifications to our camp sizes and activities, and will also be implementing additional safety precautions as outlined by local and state guidelines.

Will masks be required to attend bootcamp/ class?

Short answer is no, we will not require use of face coverings during the full duration of class/ camp. With the intensity of exercises and summer heat, we understand that it may not be feasible for children to wear face coverings the whole time.  Athletes will be asked to wear a mask during check-in/ check-out, break time, and less strenuous exercises where physical distancing is not possible. Athletes are definitely welcome to wear their own face coverings as much as possible, or we will also be able to provide surgical masks that may be easier to breathe in if they prefer.

What happens if I no longer feel safe to send my child to camp/ class due to changes in the COVID situation?

We completely understand and want you to be 100% comfortable with your decision. Generally, we require 2 weeks notice for cancellation to issue full refunds. For classes, please let us know 24 hours prior to class start time for cancellations.
